Today Capitaline Advisors announced the launch of its latest fund: US Farmland Fund, LP. The fund will invest in farmland, primarily in the Midwest. The fund’s objective is to achieve long-term capital gains while generating income. Chad Haselhorst, the fund’s portfolio manager, said “We feel there is significant demand for an investment in tangible assets with the added benefit of inflation protection.”
